A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2020. 3. 27. 21:53경 B 소재 C시청 서문 앞 D매장에 들어가 커터 칼을 구입한 후 주변을 배회하던 중, 같은 날 22:25경 위험한 물건인 커터 칼(칼날 약 8cm, 길이 약 24cm)을 오른손에 쥔 채 C시청 본관 야간 출입문으로 들어가 당직근무자 E에게 “옥상은 어떻게 올라가느냐”고 물었으나, E이 “옥상 위치는 왜 물으시냐.”고 되물으며 피고인의 어깨를 잡자 E의 손을 뿌리치고 시청 밖으로 나갔다.
