A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:00 on March 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 05:00, at one singing room “C” located in Singing-si B; (b) together with the victim D (the name, the 46-year age), who is in charge of the management, etc. of the trucker in the said singing room, drinked the victim’s right chest with his left hand; and (c) accordingly, the victim took the victim’s right chest by driving the victim’s left hand with his defect in the port.
