1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 450 million to the Plaintiff; (b) KRW 50 million from November 3, 2015 to November 6, 2015; and (c) annually KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 23, 2011, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the Plaintiff to purchase 3,306 square meters of all the above C and D forest and E forest for the purpose of newly constructing and selling a electric source house, and entered into a sales contract with the Plaintiff on May 23, 201, with the following terms and conditions (the same as the evidence No. 1, No. 2) and paid a down payment of KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff.
(hereinafter referred to as the “instant sales contract”). Article 1 (Location and Size) 3,138/66.7 Donation 100 square meters in an agricultural and forest area in a non-permanent control area as above 7,00 square meters, D6,177/177/177/1,868.5 3,306/1,000 total 26,833 square meters (8,117 square meters) and total 1,000 square meters (8,117 square meters) in a planned control area: ① 8,315 square meters in a planned control area (2,515 square meters) ② 3,306 square meters in a 3,300 square meters in a arable area (agricultural and forest area) and 646.7 square meters in a 646.7 square meters; and the Plaintiff shall substitute the land for the Defendant’s project with the land for the construction project and the land for the construction project to be used as the land for the construction project and the land for the construction project.
Article 4 (Methods of Payment for Purchase and Sale Price) From the commencement of the second construction, the additional prohibition pursuant to the necessary size shall be paid in lump sum to the defendant, and the defendant shall be paid in installments and ownership transfer after the completion of the second construction (Provided, That the plaintiff shall provide all the transfer documents and the land acquisitor designated by the defendant shall bear all the land survey and the incidental expenses). (Provided, That the defendant and the plaintiff shall be liable for all civilian-military matters related to the project site that occurred prior to the contract for the sale of the above land, and the defendant shall be liable for all civilian-military matters arising after the contract for the sale of the above land.
