A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) attached a small camera in the shape of a stude of a vehicle that was purchased at the end of the large tree b and 2; (b) installed the said camera in the front use room of the victim D (n, 59 years old); (c) installed the said camera in the front use room of the same building in a manner of unloading the stude; (d) taken the body of the victim who was taken off the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame on four occasions during the period from that time to August 14, 2019; and (e) taken or attempted the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame on four occasions in total.
