1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
(b) the facts of the basis;
A. The relevant Plaintiff is a stock company that runs the business of manufacturing parts of vessel machinery, equipment, etc., and the Defendant is a stock company that manufactures and sells vessel engine parts.
From around 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the manufacture and supply of parts, and made and supplied parts after receiving orders for the parts for vessel use.
B. During the period from August 9, 2011 to August 20, 2012, the Defendant ordered the Plaintiff to manufacture and supply KOND, which is part of the vessel, as listed in the following table:

C. On February 4, 2012, the Defendant sent the “Business Cooperation Team” to the Plaintiff, and changed the PJT of the instant part to Q203, NK and PJT to MLBC3500-057, and PJT of the instant three parts to PT401 and D2055, respectively. 2) The Defendant changed the Plaintiff on February 4, 2012.
