1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The defendant is a housing redevelopment project partnership that has been authorized to be established in order to implement housing redevelopment project (hereinafter referred to as the "maintenance project in this case") at the time of broad tide C.

B. D, on April 15, 1997, after completing the registration of ownership transfer due to sale and purchase on March 2, 1997, D died on August 15, 2010.

D, on October 25, 2018, the Plaintiff, as a child, completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant real estate due to inheritance by consultation and division on August 15, 2010.

C. On April 10, 2017, the Defendant issued a public announcement of the period for application for parcelling-out to the members for parcelling-out from April 11, 2017 to June 9, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “public announcement of application for parcelling-out at first place”). D.

(1) A cooperative shall faithfully notify its members and interested parties of the matters concerning the rights and obligations of its members (including changes; hereinafter the same shall apply).

(2) The methods of notification and announcement under paragraph (1) shall be as follows, except as otherwise provided for in the articles of incorporation:

1. To the members concerned, a notice shall be given individually by registered mail, and where the registered mail is returned because the address of the member is unknown or the rejection to receive it is sent in addition to regular mail only once;

2. A cooperative office shall publicly announce at least 14 days on the bulletin board of a certain place where its members may easily access (hereinafter referred to as " bulletin board") and shall keep the relevant documents, drawings, etc. in the cooperative office for at least three months from the date on which it is posted on the bulletin board

3. When there exists an Internet homepage, it shall be posted.

Provided, That where it is impracticable to disclose the rights of a specific person or to open it to the outside, only the summary may be posted.
