1. The Defendant stated the Plaintiffs except Plaintiff DV and EB in the “personal amount” column of the attached calculation sheet, respectively, and the said money.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Korea National Housing Corporation (the Defendant was established on October 2, 2009 under the Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act, and comprehensively succeeded to the property, bonds, debts, and other rights and obligations of the Korea National Housing Corporation; hereinafter “Defendant”) has obtained approval of housing site development plan for the housing site development project of the KE zone from the Gyeonggi-do Governor, on October 27, 1995, and on December 26, 1995, obtained approval of the housing site development plan for the public apartment on the block 1 block of the above project district (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”).

B. On December 16, 1996, the defendant first announced the apartment of this case as follows.

C. On March 22, 199, the Defendant completed the instant apartment on March 22, 199 (8 households are additionally completed and totaled to 690 households) and around that time leased the instant apartment to occupants, including KF and KG, as the publicly constructed rental house for five years.

Since June 2004 to December 12, 2004, when the period of mandatory lease of the apartment of this case elapsed, the defendant entered into the sales contract of this case as referred to in 101 Dong Dong 801 on May 4, 2006, 101 Dong 1006 on February 6, 2007, and 104 Dong 1402 on April 27, 2005.

Up to now, most of the apartment buildings in this case, which are listed in the calculation sheet of the attached Table "Dong/Dong number", concluded a sales contract with each corresponding money stated in the "sale conversion price" column of the same Table, which calculated the total construction cost of each apartment unit as KRW 34,782,129,00, and the total sale price of each apartment unit as KRW 37,49,258,000, and the occupants paid the total sale price to the defendant around that time.
