The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the grounds for appeal (one year and six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. The amount of damage is a large amount equivalent to KRW 340 million, the amount of punishment of the court below is deemed to be too unreasonable even if considering all the sentencing factors specified in the argument of this case, including the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive and means of the crime, and circumstances after the crime, etc.

The defendant's assertion of unfair sentencing is without merit.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit.
