Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2013, at around 17:30, the Defendant driven a Bap Bap, which was driven by the B, and proceeded to the lower side of the lower part of the monthly swimming pool at the lower part of the port of Busan, the lower part of the road.

At this point, the victim showed that he was walking ahead of the child protection zone, so there was a duty of care to confirm and drive the safety of the person engaged in driving service by reducing the speed and living well at a sufficient interval of time.
