Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was living in the same kind as the victim B(56) and was well aware of it.

On September 1, 2016, around 15:30 on September 1, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the body of the victim with the kitchen knife ( approximately 24cm in total length, approximately 14cm in blade length), which is a dangerous object, while the victim was found in his house located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with his front door and had a dispute with one another.
