All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of Defendant A’s appeal in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have convicted Defendant A of the facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In contrast to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation due to violating logical and empirical rules, or by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation due to assault, intimidation, relation with robbery, unlawful acquisition intent, and conspiracy relation, misunderstanding of the legal doctrine, lack of reasons, and inconsistency with the reasoning.

2. As to Defendant B’s ground of appeal
