Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2012, the Jeju District Court sentenced the Defendant to a suspended sentence of one year for six months of imprisonment due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective weapon, deadly weapon, etc.). On February 20, 2014, the judgment became final and conclusive.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around November 16:25, 2012, around the main entrance of the H construction site located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, the Defendant: (b) took measures to remove the road from the main entrance of the Seoul Special Police Agency; (c) took measures to remove the names and defective boxes, who occupied the road in front of the main entrance; and (d) obstructed the legitimate performance of duties on the part of the Defendant and other persons opposing the H construction, including the Defendant, from moving the front entrance of the construction site; and (d) took measures to ensure the access route of the vehicle related to the construction, he/she opened the road three times at the end of the road in order to secure the access route; and (d) obstructed the I’s chest and the parts of the J’s mouth with his/her arms and clothes as his/her arms.

2. On November 21, 2012, at around 15:18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) interfered with the performance of official duties of performance of official duties; (b) on November 21, 2012; (c) on the front of the entrance of the main entrance of the HH construction project, the Defendant: (a) was seated with the victim, and obstructed the entrance of the construction site before the entrance of the construction vehicle; and (d) the Defendant was at the slope KK affiliated with the Seoul Regional Police Agency, a police officer affiliated with the Seoul Regional Police Agency, who was occupying the road, and attempted to take the Defendant’s arms and legs on the road and move out of the road; and (b) was asked by asking the right-hand part of the K to the right-hand part in need of treatment for about two weeks; and (c) at the same time interfered with the prevention and suppression of crimes; and (d) other legitimate performance of duties and the maintenance of public order.

3. On November 21, 2012, the Defendant, at around 00:18, on November 21, 2012, sit on the front of the entrance, along with names and unclaimed boxes before the main entrance of the H construction site G located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si.
