Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of the city bus B.

On January 17, 2015, the Defendant was driving the above urban bus on the 11:02th day of January 17, 2015, and was driving on the 382-lane road in front of the brickd Village Apartment, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and stopped at the bus stop at the bus stop and resumed.
