On July 8, 2014, at around 22:38, the Defendant driven a 250-meter nive vehicle from the front of a short-fung Village S apartment, located in 94, Namdong-gu, Incheon, Namdong-gu, Incheon, with approximately 250 meters in front of a niver vehicle, which is located in 659-5, Namdong-gu, Incheon.
