1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2015. 9. 14. 18:15 경 강릉시 F에 있는 'G 게스트 하우스' 앞에서 " 에이 씨 팔 년 놈!" 이라고 말하였고, 이에 피해자 B( 여, 56세) 이 자신에 욕설을 한다고 오해하여 따지자, 주먹으로 피해자 B의 얼굴 부위를 수회 때리고, 발로 피해자 B의 왼쪽 허벅지 부위를 걷어차고, 이를 말리는 피해자 C(58 세) 의 얼굴 부위를 3-4 대 때리고, 발로 가슴 부위 등을 수회 걷어차고, 손으로 멱살을 잡고 바닥에 넘어뜨리는 등 하여 피해자 B에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 턱의 표재성 손상 등을, 피해자 C에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 턱의 표재성 손상 등을 각각 가하였다.
