1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

On February 27, 2005, the premise D, Plaintiff B and the Defendant purchased each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) from the Defendant for KRW 410,00,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) and stipulated the following special agreement (hereinafter “instant special agreement”).

The access road to a private teaching institute subject to special agreement (the building of a private teaching institute's driving license on the land of this case) shall be purchased at any time at KRW 70,000 per square year, if necessary, for the remainder other than the current road (3m).

On March 31, 2005, not less than 5m) D and B entered into a partnership agreement with Plaintiff A on March 31, 2005, and transferred 1/3 shares of the right to claim ownership transfer registration of the instant land according to the instant sales contract to Plaintiff A. The Defendant consented to the transfer of the right to claim ownership transfer registration.

D. Unless it is particularly necessary to distinguish the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, the Plaintiffs (including D) agreed to purchase from the Defendant approximately 660 square meters (200 square meters) access roads pursuant to the instant sales contract (hereinafter “instant additional sales contract”) and paid the Defendant the purchase price of KRW 14,00,000 (=200 square meters x 70,000) on February 21, 2006.

On the other hand, on October 11, 2012, the Defendant divided the 11,479 square meters of G into 6,201 square meters of G, H land 4,627 square meters, and 651 square meters of I roads, and sold G 6,201 square meters of land before G to J on November 13, 2012, and H land 4,627 square meters of land after partitioning to Korean Environment Resources.

The plaintiffs in a sales contract between the plaintiffs and Seojin Korea Co., Ltd. are transferred from the defendant to the defendant under the name of K, which is the fraud of D to register the ownership transfer of the land of this case, and held through K on April 14, 201 (hereinafter "Seojin Korea").
