Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person engaged in the driving of BK7 motor vehicles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

On May 8, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 00:30 on May 8, 2020, led to the rapid progress of the high-speed tunnel in the vicinity of the Gyeonggi-si flood Zone C.

Since there is a road where the passage of a motor vehicle is frequent, there was a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by checking the front, left, and well.

Around May 8, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving the said BK7 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.141% while under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 5km from the influent area (hereinafter referred to as the “influence”) to the place indicated in the preceding paragraph.
