Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be respectively.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall possess, distribute, process, keep, or sell fishery resources captured and gathered in violation of an order issued by any Act, and female and scarkes not exceeding 9 cm in body (hereinafter referred to as "scarke") shall be prohibited from capture during a year.

On January 10, 2012, the Defendant purchased a 113,000 female female female at D’s 113,00,00 from a warehouse without a trade name in the south-gu C market at port, and sent it to a door-to-door line after receiving an order from the non-commissioned customers. From around that time to December 4, 2012, the Defendant sold and distributed to customers the female female female female purchased from D over five times, 956,00 won, as shown in the attached crime sight table 1 through 5.
