The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2017 Highest 2356";

A. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence is a legally divorced between the victim C (V, 47 years of age) and January 21, 2017.

On May 31, 2017, the Defendant, even though there was no money having no other asset or occupation, and there was no intention or ability to pay taxi expenses, the Defendant, as if he were to pay taxi expenses, was on board a victim G ( South, age 51) who was running a H-business taxi operating this H, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 8,000 by moving from the street in front of the Gwangju Mine Police Station located in the Gwangju Mine-dong, YY-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City to around 00:10 on the same day, and around 0:10 on the same day.

2. “The Defendant of 2017 Highest 2607” is the relationship between the victim C (V, 47 years of age) and January 21, 2017, which is legally divorced.

Although the Defendant was issued a provisional protection order that prohibits Gwangju from entering the residence of a victim in Gwangju Mine-gu by April 28, 2017, and by June 27, 2017, the Defendant continued to go to the front of the said victim’s house gate around 14:00 on May 11, 2017, and continued to go to the front of the said victim’s house gate around 07:50 on May 28, 201.
