A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2013, at around 20:40, the Defendant, at the time of permanent stay, driven a C-hyn vehicle with a blood alcohol level of 0.067% under the influence of alcohol level of 0.067%, without obtaining a driver’s license from the front day of the Gag Building Office located in the Seocho-gu, Changcheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-do, Seoul to the front day of the Gyeongcheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-do, Gyeongcheon-do.
