On April 14, 2016, the Defendant driven B car at approximately 300 meters from the front side of the Yangsan-dong community service center located in the Yangsan-dong in Gwangju Northern-gu to the front road in the same Dong while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.202% among blood transfusions on April 14, 2016.
