Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

On July 23, 2013, the defendant was the owner of the car, and around 22:30 on July 23, 2013, the defendant covered the back number plate of the car in front of the Joseon-do, 603-3, the Joseon-do, Busan, to avoid the crackdown on illegal parking, and caused it to go up or prevent the registration number plate of the car.
