A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is in a relationship with the father's wife C (the 50-year old age) and in a relationship with the father's wife, had pets feel a burden to hold another person into force by avoiding the wind with another person, and had pets neglect in the front of the house where the female lives in order to keep the male in mind.
