Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, Defendant A and C shall be subject to each two years.

Punishment of the crime

D (Suspension of indictment on November 11, 2014) is the actual operator of F Co., Ltd., Ltd. under 308 of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu E building No. 308. G (the head office, etc. of Jun. 30, 2016) is the representative of the above company’s name. H (the head office, etc. of Mar. 11, 2016) and I (the three-year imprisonment with labor on March 11, 2016), J (the current investigation) and K (the current investigation) are employees of each F, who are affiliated with the above F.
