Punishment of the crime

On October 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from an employee in the name-free singing light to B, “I will offer KRW 50,000 won per day if he/she moves to singing; and (b) provided that “I will pay 1% of the amount as commission if I will withdraw and deliver cash to singular C with the name-free singular name “D” from the singing staff using the singular name “I will pay to C,” while he/she received and delivered the singular name from the singing staff to the singish staff to use the singular name to use for singishing.” (c) received a proposal from the singing staff, knowing that he/she was paid from the singish victim, and agreed to do so in order with the singing staff and the singular financial fraud.

On October 26, 2017, the Defendant received an order from the victim H to transfer KRW 4 million to the F bank account (G) account in the name of E at around 12:44 of the same day from the victim, and accordingly, received an order from the victim at around 13:16 of the same day from the F bank account in the name of E at around 13:16, and accordingly deposited KRW 4,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000).
