At around 02:50 on May 13, 2014, the Defendant driven C Poter truck at a distance of 5km from before the billiard hall in which it is impossible to find out the trade name located in the Geumyang-Eup in the Sinsan-si Geumyang-si, Sinsan-si, under the influence of alcohol content 0.173% of alcohol content.
