Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the owner of a motor vehicle of 2017, or a person entrusted with matters concerning the operation, etc. of a motor vehicle by a person holding a motor vehicle of 160, shall operate a motor vehicle.

Although the Defendant did not have been entrusted with matters concerning the operation, etc. of a motor vehicle from D, a co-owner (share 1/2) of a motor vehicle in the SP-type, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle in the above SP-type which was acquired as security from a neighboring bond contractor E on December 25, 2016, with the point that it was located in the 23:00 at the SP-type city around December 25, 2016.
