Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2013, the Defendant posted a false statement on the part of the Defendant, who reported the above writing, to the victim D, who had contacted with the said writing on a gallon bulletin board of the Internet gallon around November 28, 2013, stating that “The Defendant would deposit the money in advance and send the cell phone at his house.”

The Defendant received 180,000 won from the victim E to the Agricultural Cooperative (G) account in F’s name on the same day, and received 360,000 won in total from the victim H to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the above F’s name on November 22, 2013, such as receiving 180,000 won as the sales proceeds of the mobile phone from the victim H in the same way.
