Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2016, around 05:15, the Defendant driven a car with Cone Star Co. without a vehicle driver's license from around 3km section from the front of B apartment house to the front road of the same city, which is located in about 430 km from the front of the city in the same city.
