Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in food manufacturing and processing business under the trade name of “D” in the period of harmony C.
Foods, the standards and specifications of which are determined under the Food Sanitation Act shall be manufactured, processed, and preserved in accordance with such standards, and no food shall be sold, nor manufactured, preserved, or displayed for sale, if such foods fail to meet such standards and specifications.
