1. The purchase price shall be paid upon receiving a loan.

The loan will be given to B with the loan, and if you delegate all the procedures to B, it will purchase used cars.

On October 15, 2015, the Defendant committing the crime against the Victim G: (a) around the 104 dong-dong, Seo-dong, Seo-dong, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-si, to purchase the Victim G with a high priority in price comparison; (b) “The Defendant would have a high priority in price comparison; and (c) would have received the loan from the victim G purchase a high priority in paying the loan.”

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to purchase used cars.

The defendant was transferred 6.2 million won to the account in the name of the defendant as the purchase price for used cars on the same day from the damaged person.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victim.
