The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged in this case is that drivers of vehicles and riders of horses should not violate the traffic prohibition or temporary suspension as indicated by traffic safety facilities under Article 5 of the Road Traffic Act, but the Defendant, while driving at around 12:30 of March 24, 2015 C 119 first-aid vehicles (hereinafter “instant first-aid vehicles”), committed a violation of the direction by breaking the safety zone set up in one lane among five lanes in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, while driving at around 12:30 of March 24, 2015, while driving the instant first-aid vehicles (hereinafter “instant first-aid vehicles”), due to negligence in the course of business, of violating the direction by breaking the safety zone set up in one lane among five lanes in front of Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul. After the left-hand end of the U.S. driver’s vehicle running in the same direction, conflicts with the victim F (F) who was on board the front-hand of the Defendant’s vehicle with the front part of the Defendant.

2. Determination

A. The grounds for indictment are examined, and this case is a traffic accident which causes injury to a person by running in violation of safety signs, and is a traffic accident under Article 3(2) proviso of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

B. However, according to the evidence duly examined and adopted by this court, the following facts can be acknowledged in relation to the details of the accident.

① The Defendant was a fire-fighting officer driving the instant ambulances, and was called up to 60 males on the road front of the Dog-dong branch of the Agricultural Cooperative Party with a report 119, and was called up to the scene, and was on duty to have the first-aid workers aboard the instant ambulances and called up to the scene.

A man who does not return to respiratory and beer even though he conducts cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the above male field, and first-aid workers transferred male to first-aid service while continuing to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and then transferred to a sexual hospital.

The victim, who was the spouse of a male who had arrived at the site at the time, shall be the ambulances of this case.
