Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2012, at around 11:28, the Defendant: (a) laid the home appliances by pretending to customers in the 1st floor B, Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, B, and (b) stolen two Samsung Digital Camers worth KRW 669,00 in total by using the gaps in which the surveillance of employees, such as the victim C, was neglected; and (c) concealed them into the locked.
