Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On April 9, 2014, the Lessee entered into a lease agreement with the counter-Defendant on the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant apartment”), with respect to the real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant apartment”), the deposit amount is paid, and the deposit is paid from April 9, 2014 to April 8, 2015 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
