1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

2. The application for compensation of this case is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

around 15:30 on April 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:30 on the road in front of the Busan Shodong-gu, Busan, and (b) on the ground that the victim C (70 years of age) stopped a taxi on the crosswalk, the Defendant: (c) caused the victim to a tree enormous (1 meter in length) that is a dangerous object in possession of the said taxi, “the deduction of a large number of taxis; (d)” and (e) one time in front of the victim’s head, 3 times in front of the said taxi; (e) two times in front of the victim’s head, and (e) one time in front of the victim’s head, one time in front of the instant taxi.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, which requires approximately 6 weeks of medical treatment, on the right side of abandonment.

1. On April 14, 2012, the Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (collective intimidation) at around 23:05, expressed that the victim F (the age of 65) operated in Jeju E at around 23:05, the Defendant expressed the view that the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous object of the victim’s prior possession of the victim out of Korea, was the victim, and expressed the victim’s desire to take the kitchen knife as “the victim might die.”
