1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and C;

A. The Defendants in violation of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products purchased middle-sea freezing early in Korea, which had been engaged in the business of processing and selling luminous mining in the name of “H,” and conspired to share the role of Defendant C to take charge of the sales place management and the collection business in charge of the sales place management and the collection business.
