A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:48 on August 24, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driven Cworka car while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.056% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 8km from the front of Smarket to the road in front of the same military base, where it is impossible to find out the trade name located in the Eup/Myeon in the Jinsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

2. Forgery of private documents;

A. On August 24, 2013, around 14:48, the Defendant: (a) controlled a driver’s signature in the “name” column of the driver’s name, and (b) controlled a driver’s signature in the “name” column of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (c) stated the date, time, place, and circumstances at the time according to the Defendant’s statement, and made it available to the Defendant; and (d) made the driver’s confirmation column available to the Defendant; (c) made the aforementioned entries available to the Defendant; and (d) made the driver’s signature in the “name” column of the driver’s name; and (d) made the driver’s signature in the “number” column of the “date”; and (e) made the driver’s signature in the “name” column of the driver’s name without any authority to exercise the authority to verify the driver’s signature and seal; and (e) made the driver’s signature in the “name of the FM document” column of the FF’s signature to be used.
