A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and ten months of imprisonment with labor due to interference with business at the Busan District Court on May 21, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the first intersection of the North Korean Dos on November 8, 2016.

1. Interference with business affairs of the victim AC;

A. On December 8, 2016, the Defendant interfered with his/her business on December 13:10, 2016, in a “AD” restaurant operated by the Victim AC located in the Busan Youngdo-gu, Busan around December 13:10, 2016, and the victim requesting for the subsequent calculation of alcohol “nice, finite, and finites.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

나. 2016. 12. 11. 자 업무 방해 피고인은 2016. 12. 11. 19:00 경 위 가항 기재 장소에 술에 취한 상태로 들어가 “ 야, 개 같은 것 들아. 장사 이따 구로 하나. ”라고 욕설을 하고 소주병을 탁자에 쾅쾅 내리치는 등 약 30 분간 소란을 피워 식사를 하던 손님 10 여 명이 위 음식점에서 나가 버렸다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. On December 11, 2016, at around 21:30 on December 21, 2016, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as: (a) the victim’s “AV” main point operated by the victim AT in the Busan Young-gu, Busan, for drinking; (b) the victim refused the foregoing; (c) the victim expressed the desire to read “h. of this weather year; and (d) the remaining remains on the floor of the drinking branch.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.

3. On December 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of “AY” operated by the Victim AW located in the Busan Youngdo-gu, Busan, the Defendant, around 22:00 on December 14, 2016; (b) was under the influence of alcohol; (c) however, the Defendant refused the Defendant’s refusal to enter the state of alcohol, and (d) was the same as the fluent of weather.
