A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for larceny from the Busan District Court; on April 27, 2010, the Daejeon District Prosecutors’ Office was suspended from indictment as a result of larceny; on June 9, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for one year by imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court.

The defendant habitually stolen or attempted the victims' property.

1. On November 27, 2008, between 20:40 to 21:10, the Defendant: (a) committed an act as if he were to purchase precious metals, at the precious metal sales store operated by the victim D (Woo, age 4) located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; and (b) committed an act as if he were to purchase precious metals; and (c) committed a theft with one gold boom equivalent to KRW 800,000,000, market price of the victim’s possession, by using any cre

On November 4, 2012, at around 11:29, the Defendant: (a) displayed precious metals to employees G as if he/she purchased precious metals; and (b) took advantage of the gap in surveillance of the said G, the Defendant stolen it with one panty twitt equivalent to KRW 3,439,000 in the market price owned by the victim located at the display site, and with one twitt equivalent to KRW 1,103,00 in the market price.

On November 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 16:43 on November 15, 2012, the victim I in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, sought a balking in the display site, as if she was aware of the balth, and had the victim take out of the above balth of the vehicle parked outside the display site; and (b) he stolen one balth of gold chain amounting to KRW 2,229,000 in the market price, and then stolen one 3,429,000 in the total market price over three occasions, as shown in the attached list of crimes. (c) The Defendant attempted to steals one balth of the balth of KRW 2 million in the market price, and stolen one balth of KRW 2 million in the market price.

4. The Defendant, around 10:30 on November 20, 2012, purchased precious metals with the victim L in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, as if he were to purchase precious metals.
