When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.162% on blood alcohol level on September 26, 2014, and was driving B K5 cars from approximately 50 meters from the road in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to the road in front of the Gongneung-ro 189, Gongneung-ro 189.
