Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:20 on January 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 01:20, at the front of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Western Police Station Ctation box; (b) took a bath to the assistant of the said police box that was dealt with the instant case in connection with the taxi fare trial expenses without any justifiable reason; and (c) took the box into the police box; (d) avoided the disturbance; and (e) took the police officer before the person who was investigated within the police box, the Defendant took a bath, i.e., “a son, bit son, bit son, son, son, son, son, etc.” and (e) interfered with the lawful performance of duties concerning the maintenance of police order.
