A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 5,00,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

From October 8, 2016 to February 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) operated a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name of “E” under the lease from 601, 913, and 1109, Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dtel 601, 913, and 1109; and (b) arranged commercial sex acts from October 28, 2016 to 300,000 won for the price for commercial sex acts by many unspecified male customers who reported the advertisement; and (c) allowed F and G employed by the Defendant to have sexual intercourse with male customers; and (d) around February 16, 2017, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts from October 1, 2016 to 207, by allowing F to have sexual intercourse with male customers.
