A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:05 on August 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a report from an emergency room of the C Hospital located in Osan-si (hereinafter “C Hospital”); and (b) arrested the victim E (the 47 years old) who was a guard of the D District of the Osan Police Station, who was dispatched to the scene, on the part of the C Hospital located in B; (c) assaulted the victim E (the 112 years old); (d) with the hand-to-kick, the Defendant used the above E’s left knife with the right knife, and knife with the back knife with the back knife and the two knife with the two knife.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with emergency medical services by assaulting the fire fighter dispatched.

3. The Defendant, at around 10:40 on September 15, 2019, 201, expressed that he/she was under the influence of approximately 30 minutes, such as the vehicle of a cryp, which was under the influence of approximately 30 minutes, for the reason that he/she was under the jurisdiction of Pyeongtaek-siJ, and was under the influence of the Defendant, due to the reason that he/she was under the influence of the victim K operation LA, and the cryp in the cooling house, which was under the influence of the Defendant.
