1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally against the plaintiff 753,978,603 won and 174,449,096 won among them.

1. On April 12, 2007, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation made a lawsuit for indemnity against Thai companies, and the defendant, etc. as shown in the attached Form. On April 12, 2007, the Seoul Central District Court rendered a judgment of 17% per annum from October 9, 1995 to February 15, 1998; 20% per annum from the next day to October 31, 1998; 20% per annum from the next day to February 29, 200; 18% per annum from the next day to April 16, 200; and 18% per annum from the next day to April 16, 200; and 18% per annum from the next day to the date to December 20, 206; and 18% per annum from the date to the date of repayment.”

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation transferred its claims for indemnity to the Plaintiff, and notified it to the Tae Tael Company and the Defendant.
