1. The Defendant was able to obtain additional loans due to the existing loan under the name of her mother who was given a loan under the name of her mother, and was able to use the middle school title C as a joint guarantor, and was used to register C’s resident registration certificate as an employee of the skin management office operated by the Defendant, and discovered C’s personal information in a way of borrowing C’s resident registration certificate.

On August 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated C, E, and Busan Young-do as “C” in the joint guarantor column of the form of loan transaction agreement in which C, C, and C, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the right; and (b) signed C, a private document concerning the duty of rights, and forged the loan transaction agreement in the name of C, a private document in relation to the duty of rights; and (c) issued a forged loan transaction agreement by C, C, which is a document with the knowledge of the forgery, to an employee in the name of C, as if the document was duly formed; and (d) exercised the right to use the forged loan transaction agreement and C’s resident registration certificate by transmitting the forged loan transaction agreement and C’s resident registration certificate, and by deceiving C, C, a victim company, by deceiving its staff member, and received the forged loan agreement from C, 300,000 won in the name of the said employee, and then, received C, 400,000 won in the name of C,00 won.

2. The Defendant committed a crime relating to F related to the victim F. The Defendant got off the money by making a false statement to the victim, who was the lessor as referred to in G 401, in Busan Metropolitan City/Do, where the Defendant resides, due to a serious demand from the obligors.
