Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicle) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-do branch on September 17, 2014, and was sentenced to six months from the Daegu District Court on April 10, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on August 9, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On September 29, 2016, the obstruction of performance of official duties, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as: (b) the Defendant, at the front of the “D” televis in the Gumi-si, Sinsi; (c) the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, went to the said televis visit without any reason; and (d) the Defendant was demanded to return home from the victim F (34 years of age) who is the police officer of the Gyeongbuk-gu Police Station E Zone for the Gyeongbuk-gu, North America police station where he was called after receiving 112 reports; (b) the Defendant, on the ground that he was demanded by the victim to return home from the victim, was fluoring the victim’s right bridge by blocking the front of the G patrol; (c) the Defendant attempted to break back beyond the victim’s right bridge; (d) twice by hand the right shoulder; and (e) the glar bed one time by hand.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding the handling of the 112 Reporting Incident, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on the victim, such as dump, sump, tensions, etc.

2. When the Defendant damaged public goods at the time, time, and place indicated in paragraph (1), and arrested a flagrant offender with suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and boarded the above patrol vehicle, the Defendant destroyed the above partitions to repair KRW 50,000 by walking the left door of the back seat in a two-way and walking the partitions between the front and rear seats in a two-way manner.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the partitions of the patrol car, which is an object used by public offices, and has harmed its utility.
