Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the member of the reserve forces belonging to the four major film group belonging to the 168 alternative film group.

When the members of the reserve forces move their residence, they shall report to the Dong office having jurisdiction over the new residence.

Nevertheless, the Defendant transferred the building B in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and from heading C to heading D Office in Suwon-si in 2013, and failed to file a move-in report with the Dong Office having jurisdiction over the place of residence, thereby making it impossible to reside on September 28, 2017.
