Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2014, at around 08:09, the Defendant driven C Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 800 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.150% at a section of about 800 meters from the front of the B Housing in Macheon-si to the front of the Cheongcheon-si, Macheon-si, Hacheon-si.
