A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall purchase any child or juvenile exploitation material, or possess or watch it with the knowledge that such material is a child or juvenile exploitation material.

Nevertheless, on February 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on the Internet site “B”; (b) contacted the seller with the seller, sent the GrandIN number equivalent to KRW 160,000; and (c) downloaded the images of a woman who is perceived as a child or juvenile through a DNA link with the said C, and (d) downloaded with the images of a woman who is perceived as a child or juvenile, through the said DNA link, from the above day to October of the same year, the Defendant stored 106 children and juvenile exploitation goods in the Defendant’s Nohbuk disc, such as the list of crimes, from the above day to June of the same year.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased children and juveniles' exploitation of sex, and decided to do so.
