A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one who violates the Automobile Management Act or uses a two-wheeled automobile number plate illegally shall be used unlawfully;

On October 2019, the Defendant operated a 125cc log motor bicycle without a license plate from the police officer in the middle of October 2019. After driving a two-wheeled motor vehicle license plate, which is a mark of a public office, from the street to the street, attached the above two-wheeled motor vehicle license plate to the front side of the above two-wheeled motor vehicle license plate on the street in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which is located at around 20:00 residence, without due authority.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. Around 19:20 on January 4, 2020, the Defendant driven the instant two-wheel automobile number plate, which is the sign of a public office, without a legitimate authority, from the subway station front of the subway station located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu to the front road of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, at approximately 3km section, and without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, the Defendant driven the instant two-wheel automobile number plate, which is the sign of a public office as described in the above paragraph (1).

As a result, the Defendant driven a motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license, and exercised an air sign illegally used.
